Where can i buy liquid cyproheptadine
Hello, First, sorry for my bad english. I'm new on Archlinux, and I got a problem: I can't do anything but reset the computer. There isn't any problem with Windows, so I don't think it's an hardware problem. I got a Sapphire and a k CPU. What can I do? Anything interesting in the logs? Wish I could help more but I'm sure there are some great people here with more understanding of Arch.
I don't know where I can find logs that will help me like crash log, I'm not on my computer right now, i'll post the result of "uname -a" tomorrow, thanks. I had the problem too Never forget what you are and why'.
This may be unrelated to Radeon graphics; I also get random freezes with linux 3. I upgraded from 3. Note that perdouille has a Sandy Bridge based system as well. The latest kernel 3. After the update I noticed random lockups one during video playback, one during text editing.
I am not using any 3D acceleration compositing, etc. The crashes appear to be hard, since magic sysrq sequences have no effect. I suspect something is not quite right with the GPU power management code. I don't see any reports of this issue at the moment, but I may file a bug report albeit with little information. The same started happening over here. The pointer doesn't freeze but all else does. Didn't start doing it until I installed updates last night Ok, after lots of testing i found out it's the wifi hardwareswitch on a Acer netbook.
I am having the same problem on two machines thinkpad ts [intel hd graphics] and hp pavilion dv9 [radeon mobile graphics]. This occurs after days of operation usually my notbook is always on. After the notebook is switched off, then on again ,everything go smoothly for about one day, or more. Thanks for your suggestions. This exact same problem is happening to me too, and I have no idea why. I found nothing relevant in any logfiles, and I am unable to access a TTY or do anything other than a hard reset.
If any sound is playing, it will loop the last second or so, and a couple seconds later it locks up. This happens when I'm not on the computer as well.
One thing that seems to make it happen more often is mining Primecoins like bitcoin , but it's happened while doing other things as well but much less common. I don't think it's hardware related, as I haven't once had it do this in Windows, and I've done primecoin mining and games and stuff in there plenty as well.
In my case I'm leaving the laptop to complete its job HD light goes off this takes minutes , then some times I continue to use the pc, but I prefer to switch off to reset and restart. If I don't fail this strange behaviour is connected with the use of OKULAR, so probably some strange things occur due to some libraries.
I had the same problem because of zramswap. I disabled the service via systemctl and removed it from my system. No problems since then.
Similarly, mine freezes as well, quite often. Sound stops, I cannot change tty, mouse and keyboard are unresponsive. What logs should I be looking at? I have a thinkpad t and I think it started freezing randomly after a kernel update, but I'm not so sure about that either. I have no clue what could be causing this. At the beginning I thought it could be pulseaudio so I uninstalled it but that didn't help. I use xmonad and normally have very few programs open screen, klipper, wicd, emacs and chromium.
Does anyone know what logs to look at to see what could have gone wrong? When I hard-reboot the logs are empty. I had the same problem sometimes when launching google-chrome. Disabling zramswap resolved this issue.
I don't have zramswap https: I also don't have zramswap installed, and it still freezes on occasion. I also tried switching to Xfce and nothing changed. I am in the habit of nukeing my cache and rebuilding it after any and particularly big upgrades I have this problem too.
The last hard lock happened about two minutes after I booted my computer and the one before that took five days to strike. It seems fairly random, but the time frame for me is generally within days. I'm not entirely sure when I started to get these hard locks, but it's been happening for at least months.
And it's definitely a hard lock because the magic SysRq key doesn't work. My latest attempt to diagnose it has been to disable the bluetooth.
I've managed to get a log in these cases, and two are posted below:. I'm hesitant to file any bug reports as kernel related issues are above my understanding and I don't want to waste anyone's time with what are most likely local issues.
I get both hard locks and soft locks, which are seemingly separate issues. I posted two of the kernel oops for the soft locks above. Index Rules Search Register Login. You are not logged in. ArchLinux freeze randomly Hello, First, sorry for my bad english.
