If you dropped by my basement lab six or seven years ago on a Friday night, you would have seen the Friday Night Follies LAN parties I host most weeks. Back then, you would have been impressed at just how warm the room was.

I decided to try your cheep build and I ran into a problem when I was pre-building. The Corsair TX Bronze does not have a 12v power connector. Can you suggest a different power supply please. The windowed versions are amazing. Why pick a gigabyte z77 though? This board doesn't include voltage options in the bios.
You basically are OCing on stock voltage. Everyone doing this build will hit a wall very quickly. If no OCing is needed, z77 is bitfenix phenom window mod waste of money. It's too bad DTX boards aren't bitfenix phenom window mod there anymore for the most part I believe that's the form factor you were looking forbut it's not. Video cards also have ports set up for double slots, so bitfenix phenom window mod 2nd port would be useless, even if you squeezed WCing into this case which isn't difficult to do.

In the video the guys are using electric screwdrivers etc but honestly you can get away just fine with a couple of reasonable screwdrivers. For a first timer it may actually be better as you won't be as likely to overtighten things and so forth. Unfortunately I'm not mod here on Tested, just a long-time visitor from way back in the Whiskey Media days prior to the BermanBraun acquisition. I dont exactly have a gaming computer as i am in the process of switching from console to PC, so i am saving up for and picking parts for my to-be computer, this Graphics card would help me heaps because it will save me a fair bit of money and i could have a decent graphics card, Thanks and good luck everyone: So what upgrades would you recommend if I was to just upgrade?
Or should I just start again and do a new build as seen above? Really great video, first video I have watched from you guys and I'm really impressed by the detail you go into on all the components. I do a lot of gaming on my M17X R4 with the M, but I'm also currently working on a desktop build that I'm excited about. Really inspired me to build a beautiful gaming rig! Hope to see more of these build projects from you guys! I went with the cheaper build but kept the SSD from the more expensive build to bitfenix phenom window mod windows and other programs off of and threw in a 2tb hard drive for storing all of my non program stuff.
I got seasonic x series and it will not fit with the plate flush. Im used nut between the back and the plate to give the power supply space and squish bitfenix phenom window mod cords so much.
