Hi Danni, on behalf of the over 50's club can I just say a big thank you, to you and your company, for your services this year. The prices were very fair, the drivers were always professional and extremely helpful, and a good time was had by all.
Obviously we still have our last trip of the year in December, but that is a very busy time for us so thought I would send our thanks now. Next year we intend to have six trips, including October into our trips. We should have agreed the trips by February of next year and will contact you then for quotes. Many thanks we had a great weekend and both drivers were extremely friendly and flexible. We look forward to using your firm again Becky.
I just want to thank you and the team for ensuring our journey to Arlington Court was such a success. The coach and driver were very punctual and, as you had guaranteed, all things on the coach were functioning.
Dave, our driver fitted in well and, before we knew it, we had arrived and returned from Arlington Court, having ticked all the boxes. Thank you very much for driving us so well round the convoluted route via Westbury White Horse to Stonehenge and then Bowood. Blue Iris always has good professional drivers and we always travel with them. Thank you very much for organising the coach and ferry for our trip to Brittany. We had a great week which was partly thanks to Ray. He was a super driver so careful and considerate and so much fun.

I am writing to thank you very much on behalf of Ravenswood School for allowing Ban and Louis to visit your company and find out about what it involves. They very much enjoyed the experience, and it provided a real boost to their self confidence, as well as an improved awareness of opportunities for after school.
We very much appreciate your support of our students which can make a real difference to their aspirations and life chances in the future. The trip we had to The Butterfly Farm was greatly enjoyed by everyone. They liked it so much they want me to put it on next years agenda. I don't know the name of the driver but he was brilliant and my ladies asked if he could be our driver to Exmouth. A short letter to thank you all at Blue Iris for your help in enabling our County Sports Hall teams to travel to events in Torbay and Manchester.
On both occasions we had excellent drivers who were both courteous, helpful and extremely competent. Both Gerald and Will were magnificent with the youngsters both coming to watch them compete. Sorry for delay in writing to you but I felt that you should, know that we had a fantastic time and everything went smoothly.
Ray the driver was fantastic and everyone commented on how well he drove us there and back and I would be grateful if you could relay our thanks to him and hope we can have him for our day trip next year and then again to France in two years time. The French arrive on the 21st April next year and once we have had a meeting to discuss our day out I will be in touch.

Please pass on my thanks to your driver we had who was punctual and polite. We will be using you again for our trip next year and will always recommend your company without hesitation. Hi Gina I just wanted to pass on some positive feedback for one of your drivers. I have recently had a driver that has taken two of my football teams away on long trips to Preston School, Yeovil and Millfield School who has been excellent.
The driver was prompt and organised with regards to getting to the venue and whilst he's a football man, I and the team appreciate the he took up the offer to watch the 2 games rather than staying at the coach. He then praised the students for their performance in both games as they got back on the coach and was very professional in his approach across the whole event.
Whilst I would never expect a driver to do this, it was good that he took the time to do this. Further to this, in the Millfield game, he was particularly understanding with regards to waiting a little bit longer for our excited Year 10s who wanted to collect food and watch the penalty shoot out on another pitch. Despite needing to get back for his own sporting event in the evening, he did not put any pressure on us leaving and again completed the journey professionally.
I just want to thank you and your staff on behalf of our club. I particularly wish to thank the driver on Sunday evening who came back to the airport to return the phone of one of our group which had been left on the coach. When given the chance, I will be recommending Blue Iris Coaches to anybody requiring a coach in your area. He was always working way beyond his responsibilities and has always been willing to help out in any situation.
He has also made it very easy for us to leave him to organise his journeys, and if we needed anything he would always go out of his way to find out any information we needed and would always keep us in touch. His coach was always very clean and tidy and was a pleasure to be driven to the places by him. Ray has been a pleasure to work with and even though he has only been with us a short time he has made a lasting impression on the company and we would happily have him back to come tour with us again.
I am writing to thank you very much for all your help, advice and the excellent itinery you gave us for our trip to Liverpool. The hotel was excellent, the staff especially the reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The bedrooms and the meals were very good and there was simple but adequate entertainment for anyone who wanted it. I would especially like to mention the coach and driver. Our coach was from Blue Iris of Nailsea and was one of the most comfortable we've travelled in.
The driver, Howard, was excellent, such a smooth driver. He was very helpful and approachable and was only too pleased to make our holiday a success. He arranged a Blue Badge Guide for us in Chester and everyone agreed it was a good idea.
Just a note to say - thank you very much for the excellent service and beautiful clean coach that you provided for us on Sunday. We all had an excellent day playing at the Colston Hall and safe in the knowledge that afterwards we were going to be taken back to Burnham.
Also, please pass on our grateful thanks to David, your driver, who is a really helpful and pleasant guy. I am writing on behalf of the Somerset Shadows Cheerleaders, squad coaches, parents and families of squad members to say thank you for the service that we received during our trip to Blackpool at the weekend. Our drivers Ray and Tony were exceptional. They were friendly and proffesional and did everything they could to ensure that our wekend went well, including collecting us on the Saturday evening to take us back to the hotel due to some dreadful weather.
As a result of the service they provided we will no longer get quotes for travel for our future competitions, but will instead come straight to Blue Iris with a request that Ray and Tony are our drivers. On the weekend of the 6th and 7th October I travelled as a group of 4 people on an organised Omega trip to Buckingham Palace, which included a stop over visit to Windsor and overnight stay at a hotel.
On behalf of our group I am writing to you to give feedback regarding the coach driver, Cristian. Cristian is an exemply person. From the outset of picking my group of people up in Street he was polite and respectful, and this continued all weekend to all people on the coach.
He also had a great sense of humour which added to our enjoyable weekend. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, I know at one point my friend asked him what she should do with some rubbish she had in her hand, and he said "no problem, I will take it". How many people would do that! His driving was also an example to us all, his timing was good, arriving at each destination in good time and the coach was always clean and tidy and a very comfortable coach.
Cristian is an excellent ambassador of your coach company, and if at any time in the future I am put to travel with Blue Iris Coaches I know I shall look forward to it with pleasure. As your coaches were contracted to Omega for trips I shall be writing to let them know of this excellent service.
I would like to thank you all, on behalf of the Governors, Head Teacher and Senior Management team for ensuring that our students arrived safely at School yesterday in what must have been very challenging circumstances for both your drivers and administrative operational staff during the unprecedented flooding in and around the North Somerset area. Howard Bailey during the rather difficult driving conditions experienced on the way home from our day trip to Blenheim yesterday 19th Sept.
A Safe pair of hands! I am e-mailing to tell you how delighted we were with David our driver on the Northumbria trip last week. We felt totally confident and relaxed in his care. He was most obliging with any change to our plans and helpful with all the travellers. They are excellent drivers and nothing was too much trouble for them. They both worked incredibly hard over the long weekend but kept us all laughing from start to finish.
They really are a credit to your company. I enjoyed to be driven by Alan during our tour. He is a very pleasant person and I hope he will do lots of trips for you in the future. I can say you took the right choice for us. Thank you for it. Just a note to say thank you for looking after us over the week end at our Cardiff Convention.
Our Driver Cynthia was lovely. She is a very good and carefull driver and we hope get her again next year. Just to say thank you for your excellent service, and for providing such an agreeable driver in David,who looked after us so well getting us to Topsham and back so effortlessly for us and so comfortably.

I have recently returned from the Bristol Museum trip to Plymouth and am writing in appreciation of our driver Howard. Throughout the trip he was calm and drove carefully and safely.
