After that i had complained to the Jeet Pumps Engineer but they didn't to work in this pump and they demanding more money. I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand. He had repaired best servicing. Cri Pump is not working properly and every time water leek. After that i had complained to the Kalyan Electricals Engineer but they didn't to work in this pump.
Please arrange the technician and good service provide us. The fault is every 3 month once the pump centre shaft will broken. I have changed 4 times in 6 months. I am form telangana, warangal i have buyed your company CRI 5hp motor for open well for low power conditions motor is not working properly can i use power capacitors to adjust the power which capacitor i have to use and how kvr must be plz reply to my mail. The motor was not working since nov, I contacted the above said dealer they advised me to contact the authorised service centre 'KAIRALI' which is very near to the dealer. The service engineer visited and told the motor has already damaged. The very next day I took the damaged motor to Kairali for repair. I visited the service centre many times but till now they have not repaired the motor.
